Our Services
We provide residential house cleaning services, including regular and recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, bedroom and living room cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, one-time cleaning, and apartment and condo cleaning. The specific scope of any cleaning visit is confirmed when you request a quote and schedule an appointment.
Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through our contact form does not guarantee a specific price, time, or availability. We will follow up to discuss your home's needs, confirm scope and scheduling, and provide details for your cleaning. No obligation is created until details are confirmed.
Scheduling & Availability
Appointment availability depends on our current schedule and your location. We will work with you to find a suitable time, but we do not guarantee same-day or specific-time availability unless confirmed in writing.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We strive to be flexible and will do our best to accommodate changes.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your home and cleaning needs, and to provide reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time. A quick tidy of clutter and personal items helps us focus on cleaning.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific cleaning visit in question.
No Warranties
While we strive to provide quality cleaning, we make no warranties or guarantees about specific results, and we do not represent that any particular outcome is guaranteed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
